I wanted to do something Olympics related, as it is a Neurodivergent Special Interest of mine, and landed with what I feel is the most fun solution: songs that name drop professional athletes. This class starts with some serious thigh right out of the gate, then comes down to the ground to fuck up your glutes (maximus or medius, YOUR CHOICE!), and then we finish off with your abs burning as much as Kendrick Lamar burns Drake in "Not Like Us." 30 minutes in and out, if you can tolerate me trying to remember all these references it's a super fun and silly time!!

A REALLY fun class with a playlist of songs from your favorite musicals, both broadway and movies, and sometimes maybe both! I think arms is my favorite part, but I'll let you find out why for yourself!!!
