Service Description
*NEW FOR SUMMER* ALL JUNE, JULY, AND AUGUST CLASSES WILL BE 30 MINUTES! My classes are designed for all levels and offer variations for every exercise. Classes are a safe space for all bodies and abilities, free of toxic diet culture and body shaming. Each class will have exercises focusing on four main muscle groups: the quads, abs, core, and upper body. We always start with a warm up and end with a cool down, and incorporate stretches throughout the class. I offer several variations throughout every exercise to ensure that all levels of fitness, flexibility, and bodies are accommodated, and offer several breaks during each exercise. You will need something to act as your barre for support, like the back of a chair or a sturdy piece of furniture. You may choose to use light weights (1 to 3lbs). You may also want a mat to lay on for the sections on the floor, and you may want a throw pillow or a folded towel for cushioning under your knees or feet. Every class is unique, we change up the exercises, class flow and playlist for each one! You can choose to have your camera on and say hi, or you can keep your camera off and just enjoy the work out! Each class is available for a drop in rate of $10 per class, or you can purchase a class package or unlimited membership.
